Shipping and delivery policy

Social Dealers Digital Solutions provides digital services. We don’t sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by courier. This policy explains how our services are delivered. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. How we deliver
- Websites, online stores and web applications are delivered by publishing them on your domain and hosting, and handing over admin access, with a walkthrough of how to use them.
- Design files, content, images and videos are delivered by email, through a shared online folder (such as Google Drive), or uploaded directly to your website or social media accounts.
- SEO, social media and ads management are delivered as ongoing work on your website and accounts, with reports sent by email or WhatsApp.
- Hosting and maintenance start when your website is live on our servers, and continue for the period you have paid for.
- Login details are shared securely and only with you or the person you name.
2. When we deliver
Every project is different, so delivery dates are agreed in writing in your proposal, not published on this website. Work starts once you have accepted the proposal, made any advance payment, and shared the content and access we need. Delivery dates may move if feedback, content or approvals are delayed, and we will always tell you in advance.
3. Confirmation of delivery
We confirm each delivery by email or WhatsApp. Invoices and payment receipts are emailed to you. For websites, delivery is complete when the site is live on your domain or handed over to you for approval.
4. Where we deliver
We work with clients across India and abroad. Because all delivery is online, location makes no difference to how we deliver.
5. Problems with a delivery
If you haven’t received something you expected, or a link or login doesn’t work, contact us and we will resend or fix it promptly. For refunds and cancellations, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
