Careers
We’re a small Mumbai studio designing, building and marketing websites since 2012. If you’re a creative mind with a real skill, we’d love to hear from you, whether you’re a student, a fresher or already experienced.
Ways to join
No fixed openings: we make room for people with real skill and the drive to get better. We never charge anyone a fee to intern or work with us.
For people who can already contribute. The stipend is based on your skills, agreed in writing before you start.
Unpaid and built around your learning: mentorship, practice on real-world briefs, then a certificate and a recommendation letter.
For experienced people who want to grow with a small studio and own their work end to end.
Specialists we can call on for specific projects: illustration, video, copy, development and more.
Some days at our Andheri West studio, some days remote. Hours are agreed with each person.
Students, freshers and experienced people are all welcome. What you can show matters more than your degree.
Skills we love
Social Dealers is a small studio in Andheri West, Mumbai, designing, building and marketing websites since 2012. Small means you won’t be a cog: you’ll sit close to real decisions, see how a project goes from a first conversation to a live website, and learn why things are done the way they are.
Curiosity, care and proof. Show us something you made, whether it’s a website, a design, a campaign, an article or a side project, and tell us what you’d do better next time. We value people who ask good questions, own their mistakes and keep improving.
How it works
Every application is read personally by our founder, Amey Arora. If your skills fit what we need, we’ll get in touch.
Tell us what you’re good at and show us your work: a portfolio, GitHub, Behance, a blog or anything you’ve made.
Amey reviews every application himself. No automated filters, no keyword scanners.
A phone or video call to get to know you, then a meeting at the studio. Sometimes a short practice task, never real client work.
Role, stipend or pay, hours and start date are agreed in writing before day one.
