We take the security of socialdealers.in and the data our visitors and clients trust us with seriously. This page explains how we protect this website and how to tell us if you find a security problem.

Reporting a security problem

If you believe you have found a security weakness in this website, please email contact@socialdealers.in with “Security report” in the subject. Please include the page or address affected, what you found, and the steps to reproduce it. We acknowledge reports within 3 working days, keep you updated, and let you know when it is fixed.

Our machine-readable contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt.

Please do

• Give us reasonable time to fix the problem before telling anyone else.
• Test only against your own account or data, and stop as soon as you have confirmed the problem.
• Tell us straight away if you accidentally see someone else’s personal data, and don’t keep or share it.

Please don’t

• Run automated scanners at high volume, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or send spam through our forms.
• Try to access, change or delete data that isn’t yours, or try social engineering or physical attacks on our team.
• Test our clients’ websites. They are owned by our clients; please report issues to them directly.

If you act in good faith and follow these guidelines, we will not take legal action against you for your research, and we will thank you publicly if you would like us to. We are a small agency and don’t run a paid bug bounty.

How we protect this website

• Encrypted connections: every page is served over HTTPS, and browsers are told to always use the secure version.
• Browser protections: a strict content security policy and other security headers limit what scripts can run and stop other sites from embedding our pages.
• Protected forms: our forms have size limits, rate limits, input checks and a bot check, so they can’t easily be abused.
• Admin access: our editing area is limited to named team members, protected by two-factor authentication, and every change is logged.
• Signed, approved updates: changes to the website are digitally signed, installed only after the owner approves them, health-checked, and rolled back automatically if anything breaks.
• Less data, kept for less time: we collect only what we need, scramble IP addresses with a secret key, load analytics only with consent, and erase old data automatically. See our Privacy Policy.
• Payments: card and UPI details are handled only by PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways and never reach our systems.

No website can be completely secure, so we also monitor for problems and act quickly when we find one. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities as Indian law requires.
